Love of Honey took a major hit with Helene. While we weren’t in a flood plain, 80% of our hives drowned or washed away because of swelling and flooding. It has been devastating and emotionally draining.
Love of Honey isn’t going away, we will still sell products. Currently adding wholesale accounts, so you may be able to go to your local store one day.
Our Virginia hives are ok, the Tupelo and Georgia hives are gone. It is heartbreaking. Today is October 7th, and I am working on pulling out the reserves for Christmas and selling them now. New products added as they become ready.
People have also asked for a donation page to help rebuild. So I have added that as well.
Any support you can offer will go a long way. Insurance doesn’t cover bees, just lost equipment.
Thank you for all you have done over the years.
