I am having a problem with tokens on the web site. Both with square and amazon. I think it is because I deleted and reloaded things, breaking things. We don’t store credit card info, in fact we never see CC info. All we get is a token to share with square and amazon, but if that breaks, we have to beg our customers to reenter stuff. Well, evidently I broke stuff.
So if you have a subscription, you will need to login and reconfirm the payment you have stored with square or Amazon.
If you are trying to place a new order and checkout is causing a problem, please let me know. I have emails out to both vendors to see what they say.
Our hosting company says everything is good on our server side.
